Pricing and Payment Options
The Community Health Center is a nonprofit health center. We provide medical and dental health services at discounted, affordable rates to everyone who visits our health center by partnering with businesses, community groups, local governments, and individuals. CHC is not a free clinic, nor do we offer pricing on a sliding scale. Everyone pays the same discounted rates on services. From time to time, we do have financial assistance available that can be applied for by patients that income qualify. Please click the pictures below for their respective pricing.

Supported by government funding, non-profit organisations, and charitable contributions, these clinics deliver essential dental treatment to those who need it most — including uninsured individuals, low-income families, children, seniors, and people receiving government assistance.
