This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.

NorthPoint’s full services dental clinic is one of the largest and highly regarded dental clinics in the area, providing quality care to both adults and children.

Dental services includes:

 Preventative care

 Restorative care

 Emergency care

 Digital X-ray

 Prosthodontic care (full and partial dentures)

 Pedodontic care (children)

Based on your income level, you will owe a minimum sliding fee rate of $20 for Medical and Behavioral Health Services. This minimum sliding fee is due at time of services.

There is a $40 minimum fee in the dental department for some basic services. There are also some services in the dental department which cannot be fee-scaled. These services and costs will be explained to you in a treatment plan prior to receiving the service.

Hours: Monday and Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Tuesday - Thursday: 8:00 am - 7:00 pm.

Saturday: 8:00 am. - 12:00 pm.
