Eligible persons receive a minimum courtesy reduction of 15% from the fee of the practitioner on all dental services.
If a person is found eligible they will receive a list of dentists in their area that participate in Senior-Dent as well as a letter that must be given to the participating dentist.
ELIGIBILITY
Person must have a PAAD card and be 65 or older with annual incomes of less than $23,092 (single persons) or $28,313 (married persons) that have no dental insurance or Medicaid benefits.
