This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.
To qualify for dental services at the Cleveland County Health Department you must be under the age of 21. You must also be a recipient of Medicaid, NC Health Choice, or a combination of Medicaid and private insurance.
Private pay clients may also be seen and will be billed on a
sliding scale.
