The Sliding Fee Program is a federal program that reduces fees charged to patients based on their income and family size. The purpose of this program is to provide patients with the opportunity to access primary health care. The eligibility requirements are based on the federal poverty guidelines published annually by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
