Basic dental care services which include:
Exams
X-rays
Cleanings (Prophies)
Fillings (composite and amalgam)
Extractions
Sealants and flouride applications
Root Canals - Primarily on front teeth
Oral Surgery
Stainless Steel crowns
Some partials and dentures
Root planing and scaling for deep cleaning gums due to infection
Fees: Based on sliding fee scale. A payment plan can be set up for those not paying in full at time of service. Minimum co-pay and/or self-pay amount due at each visit.
