The Miami County Dental Clinic is not a free clinic, however they do offer a sliding fee schedule for services which is dependent upon your household income and family size.
Patients should bring proof of income – 3 consecutive pay stubs, social security statement, child support, disability statement, etc. If applicable, please bring your insurance or Medicaid card.
They support those on Medicaid, the underinsured/uninsured and patients of all age groups.
