Waterfall Commuinty Health Center accepts patients with Medicare , Oregon Health Plan/Medicaid , Private Insurance and patients without health insurance, offers liding fee scale for patients without health insurance, which is based on family size and income.

 Monday - Wednesday, 8:00 am - 7:00 pm.
 Thursday and Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
