Patient Eligibility: Residents of Northumberland, Union or Snyder counties who are enrolled in ACCESS Plus packages which do include dental (1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 11 or 14). Patients without insurance coverage may be seen for emergencies.
Fees: ACCESS Plus co-pays applicable. Patients with no insurance pay Sliding Scale Fee - based on Federal Poverty Guidelines for Total Household Income.
