This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.
Rainelle Medical Center, Inc. provides dental services and its satellite locations have a system in place to determine eligibility for patient discounts adjusted on the basis of the patient’s ability to pay, known as our sliding fee discount system.
The system provides from up to a full discount down to only a nominal fee to individuals and families with annual incomes at or below 100% of the Federal poverty guidelines. For those with incomes between 100% and 200% of the Federal poverty guidelines, fees are charged in accordance with our sliding fee discount policy based on family size and income. This sliding fee scale is available at all of our sites.
